My professional passion is to invest in, build and scale innovative growth and technology companies. And thereby achieve excellent results with a clear focus on people and their development. I see myself as a catalyst for change, growth and customer focus: making what could be possible.

My 3 core professional interests are entrepreneurship, investments and technology. I have co-founded 9 companies and have invested in more than 20 start-ups. I was a member of the leadership team of Amazon in Europe, a board member of the NASDAQ company Vistaprint and have worked in various industries such as private equity (Triton Partners), consulting (McKinsey) and high-tech (ASML). I have been active in the high-tech and e-commerce environment for more than 20 years.

At Sailrs, I am one of the founding partners. I keep an eye on the finances and advise the crew on sailing the digital seas to new horizons.
