This is difficult to say in general terms - without precise information on the scope of the project, we can't give you any fixed figures. It all depends on which features you need and how complex the whole thing will be. Smaller projects start at €15,000, while larger projects are in the region of €100,000 and more. It's best if we talk about your ideas together and find the right framework for your project.

We adjust the process to match every clients needs. We start finding out what the project requires in a workshop. Based on that we create a roadmap and plan how to achieve the best result in the shortest time. (MVP) As we are working lean based the roadmap can be adjusted during and after the process.

We often work with companies that already have a designer or a design team. In that case we focus on the development and the most complex design tasks and guiding the in-house design team. In companies without a design team we go on working a couple of months after finishing the project to keep it running. Then we decrease our hours.

Before we start each sprint we outline what we believe can be done in that sprint so you’re never in the dark. If you need more hours because of tight project deadlines - Let’s talk! We are flexible.

Right from the start, you will have a dedicated contact person who will guide you through the entire project. We set up a shared Slack channel for quick communication, and all project communication takes place conveniently via comments in our design software. We keep phone calls to a minimum so that you can focus fully on your project - after all, time is valuable! After the first introductory meeting, we therefore charge double the number of hours for each additional call. This leaves you more time to do a really good job.
