Web apps that also work offline
Progressive Apps
Benefit from features that could previously only be used in native apps
The differences between web apps and native apps are becoming increasingly blurred. Progressive web apps will open up even more possibilities in the near future. We are your partner in the implementation of progressive web applications.
What is a Progressive Web App (PWA)?
You probably already know what a web app is.
Since 2015, there has been a new standard, primarily developed by Google, which connects the web app with the native app.
This has enabled massive improvements in the area of web apps.
Progressive web apps can now be installed directly from the browser on the end device without having to visit the app store.
Web apps can now also address and evaluate the sensors of the end devices. This means that web apps can now also be used in areas that could previously only be covered by native apps.
A progressive web app can also work offline.

Always further, better, faster
Constantly growing opportunities
Browser manufacturers such as Google and Mozilla are constantly developing their platforms and are already making it possible to use a mobile device's location services, gyroscope and compass for a web app. The gap between a web app and a navigation app is getting smaller every day, and so is the reason to spend a lot of money on a native app.
Speed will also soon no longer be a reason for a native app, as we can already implement code at almost native speed in WebAssembly. Figma, a web app that we are using to design your next app, is a good example of this. Speed of a desktop app in the browser.
The future of app development
Also available offline
Progressive enhanced Web Apps are just that: a normal web app that is subject to the paradigms of the Internet and can also be used offline, for example. Your web app can even be installed as an app on your smartphone. Notifications that were previously reserved for native apps are also made possible by the PWA. Apple has recently even built support into the Safari browser.
